We called about getting in for an awning replacement on a family members Class B. The owner, Donnie, got us the next morning and he and two of his team got right on it and had it done while we waited. I'm used to "drop it off and we'll call you in two months" type of service. They very kindly slotted us in and got it done quickly. Price was about half what we were quoted by several mobile RV mechanics.JK
We are full time RVers and are always on the move. While visiting family in the Denver area we developed an issue with a glide out topper that wouldn’t retract. I was able to manually retract the topper. I called Rocky Mtn RV on a Sunday, and Donny had me come in the next morning to work on it. That kind of response is all but unheard of in the RV service business. I also had an issue with a recliner. It turned out to be a bad motor. The glide topper needed a new spring assembly. The parts were ordered. I brought the coach back on Thursday morning and within two hours I was back on the road! They were knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to answer other questions I had about our Seneca 37TS. I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill. I expected to pay much more. They are excellent in managing their work load, being able to accommodate customers who are needing help while also traveling. We highly recommend Rocky Mtn RV for any service work your RV may need.
